Privacy

Short version: we keep your email, your buyer type and your cities, and nothing else. Payments are handled by Stripe.

What we store about subscribers

Your email address, the buyer type and cities you asked for, and a Stripe subscription ID so we know whether you're active. Card details never touch our systems; Stripe holds them.

What's in the digests

Public business registration records published by the Colorado Secretary of State: entity name, entity type, principal address, formation date and registered agent name. We do not append phone numbers, personal emails, credit data or anything about the owners as individuals. Scores and reasons are generated by an AI model from the entity name and type alone.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share subscriber information. We don't track you on this site; there are no analytics scripts or cookies. We don't send marketing email to subscribers beyond the digest you pay for.

Leaving

Cancel from the link in any Stripe receipt, or email and ask. Cancelling stops the digests; your email, buyer type and cities are deleted within 30 days.
